About Support Solutions Group

About Us

Support Solutions Group LLC is a premier educational consultancy specializing in comprehensive school turnaround services. We partner with charter schools, rural districts, and academically challenged institutions to reverse declining performance, stabilize infrastructure, and build sustainable pathways to student success.

We understand that educational excellence cannot exist without operational and financial stability. While many consulting firms focus solely on curriculum, Support Solutions Group takes a holistic approach. We actively bridge the critical gaps that hold schools back:

  • Financial Stabilization & Growth: We identify, secure, and optimize funding streams, helping under-resourced schools close critical budget gaps and maximize their financial health.
  • Operational Excellence: We audit and restructure back-office operations, compliance tracking, and resource allocation so educators can focus on the classroom.
  • Strategic Turnaround Management: We deploy targeted interventions tailored to the unique cultural and structural needs of rural communities and charter networks.

At Support Solutions Group LLC, we don’t just provide advice—we build the operational and financial scaffolding necessary to turn struggling schools into thriving hubs of academic achievement.

RESULTS AND DATA

Our Clients

Testimonials from our most recent  three year project in Forrest City School District.

Dr. Malcolm Jones, Assistant Superintendent

Over three years, Support Solutions Group LLC did not simply consult with our district — they transformed it. Through a

strategic combination of instructional coaching, professional development, curriculum support, and data analysis, they drove

measurable, sustainable change at every level of our academic program.

M. Henderson, Counselor and ELA Instructor

Working alongside Support Solutions Group LLC this school year provided our ELA team with invaluable data analysis support, instructional guidance, and student pull-out sessions .

D. Winfrey Instructional Specialist

Working alongside Mr. Van Snyder was such a breath of fresh air, and he was the heart of our ELA team and the whole Forrest City High School family. He gave me the trust and space to lead, but he was always right there in the wings, ready with a guiding hand, wisdom, or a perfect piece of advice whenever I needed it.
